Shipping Policy

1. Coverage areas

We ship to 19 cities in Colombia:

  • Bogotá and surroundings: Bogotá, Chía, Cota, Cajicá.
  • Antioquia: Medellín, Envigado, Rionegro, El Retiro, La Ceja, Llanogrande, Poblado.
  • Valle: Cali, Palmira.
  • Coast: Barranquilla, Cartagena.
  • Coffee region & Santander: Bucaramanga, Pereira, Armenia, Manizales.

2. Delivery times

  • Bogotá: order today, delivery next business day.
  • Other cities: 2 business days.

We only ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday.

3. Cutoff time

Orders confirmed before 10:00 a.m. (Colombia time)enter that same day's shipment. After 10:00 a.m. the order is scheduled for the next business day.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping depends on city, weight and the number of boxes the order builds. Calculated automatically at checkout once you pick an address:

  • Bogotá: from COP 20,000 by zone and weight.
  • Cities near Bogotá (Chía, Cota, Cajicá): from COP 22,000.
  • Other cities (air + last mile): from COP 33,000, with last-mile fee by city.

5. Confirmation & tracking

  • After payment confirms you receive an email with the order details.
  • On dispatch day we send a notification with estimated delivery time.
  • For urgent orders or last-minute changes, contact us via WhatsApp +57 313 276 8858.

6. Receipt

Flowers are perishable. Someone must be available to receive the order at the coordinated time. If no one is there and we must reschedule, an additional retry fee may apply.

Inspect the product on receipt. If you detect a defect, you have 24 business hours to report it with photos under our return policy.

7. Restrictions

  • We do not ship on Colombian national holidays.
  • During peak seasons (Mother's Day, Valentine's) times may extend 1 business day.
  • Rural or hard-to-reach addresses may require prior coordination.
