2. Products

We sell premium export-grade cut flowers and foliage (stems, bunches, boxes). Products are perishable. Images are AI-generated references; actual product may vary slightly.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are in Colombian Pesos (COP). Payment is processed via Wompi (credit/debit cards, PSE, Nequi). We do not store payment card data.

4. Delivery

Delivery to enabled cities in Colombia. Maximum delivery time: 30 calendar days per Colombian Law 2439/2024.

5. Returns

Right of withdrawal: 5 business days after delivery (Law 1480/2011). Exception for perishable goods (flowers). Report damaged products within 24 hours with photos to comercial@panoramafloral.com.
